Job summary

Envision Cold in Boaz, AL is opening a new cold storage facility and is hiring first- and second-shift Warehouse Operators to help launch it. The team will operate Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturdays 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with onboarding beginning October 12, 2026.

You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a cold environment, load and unload shipments, perform routine inspections, maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory, and follow safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 3 months forklift experience.
• Maintain a valid forklift operator certification.
• Good attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Physically capable of lifting/moving heavy objects (≥40 lbs).
• Comfortable working in cold/freezing temperatures with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment within the cold storage facility.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report issues to leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Substitute for other operators when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
• Follow company safety policies and cold storage procedures.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety protocols.
