Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a forklift/operator associate for first shift in our Washington facility. The role involves moving palletized goods, loading and unloading, and maintaining equipment, with RF system-based inventory checks.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with a starting pay of $21.00 and full benefits, plus weekly pay. The position requires lifting at least 40 lbs, tolerance to cold and hot storage conditions, and a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Able to work in cold and hot storage environments with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, with weight varying by facility.
• Must be flexible with work schedules, including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from above-floor-height racks and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and item condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain charging stations.
