Job summary

Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. Shullsburg Creamery in Shullsburg, WI is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support freezer warehouse operations. You will receive, store, and stage product while maintaining accurate inventory and following safety procedures.

The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $21.84 per hour, increasing to $22.34 upon successful completion of the company high-lift forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; must obtain company certification (including high-lift certification).
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound product.
• Store and organize product in freezer warehouse using FIFO.
• Pick and stage orders as required.
• Operate forklifts and loading equipment safely.
• Assist with loading/unloading trailers.
• Follow all safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
