Bon Appétit is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position at Goucher in Towson, MD. You will prepare and serve sandwiches, salads, and other cold items, using a slicing machine and standard portions.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses with slicing machine or knives.
• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold items.
• Receives daily production schedule from Chef.
• Stocks and replenishes deli products following guidelines.
• Stores food with proper HACCP wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans and sanitizes work surfaces and equipment.
• Maintains safe work environment per sanitation and safety requirements.
• Interacts with coworkers to ensure standards and inventory control.
