Job summary

csbeefpackers is hiring for a warehouse associate to perform duties in a cold environment and support packing, labeling and loading of meat products. You will manage order accuracy, prepare shipping labels, and adhere to food safety protocols on the job.

The role requires standing for long shifts, tolerance to cold temperatures, and basic handling of pallets and forklift equipment when available. This is a fulltime position anchored in Idaho.

Qualifications

• Must wear PPE at all times in the warehouse.
• Prior warehouse experience is required.
• Forklift or pallet jack familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stand for the full shift on concrete and elevated platforms.
• Tolerate cold temperatures of 45F or less.
• Pull, sort and pack meat products efficiently.
• Palletize boxes and scan products to complete orders.
• Maintain accuracy of all orders being pulled.
• Handle paperwork such as packing lists and shipping docs.
• Prepare and print shipping labels as needed.
• Follow all food safety protocols.
