Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Order Selector to build customer orders in our Glendale distribution environment. You will operate a riding electric pallet jack, pick items via RF headset and WMS, then palletize and wrap pallets for outbound shipment.

Work mainly in refrigerated coolers with strict food-safety adherence. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced DC setting.

Qualifications

• Attention to accuracy and detail while moving with purpose and urgency.
• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience desired.
• Flexibility in schedules and shifts.
• Must be trained in DC safety and able to work around moving machinery.
• Able to work in confined or closed environments.

Responsibilities

• Build customer orders as guided by the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Update WMS via RF handheld device to complete pick lists.
• Palletize and wrap pallets for shipping; stack securely.
• Stage freight in outbound lanes as directed by the WMS.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per SOPs and training.
• Follow food safety guidelines and report damages or spoilage.
