Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Cold Drink Equipment Installer 2 in Baton Rouge, LA to prepare, deliver, and service Coca-Cola vending machines and coolers. The role involves hardware handling, routine maintenance and light repairs, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Applicants should be at least 21, able to obtain a chauffer’s license within 60 days, DOT certified, and able to read and follow safety policies. A GED or high school diploma and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain a valid chauffer’s license within 60 days to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• DOT Certification required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED; or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, returns, and moves vending machines and coolers.
• General repair of machines, excluding refrigerant.
• Cleans equipment and machines.
• Completes general maintenance around cooler shop.
• Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management.
