Job summary

Kilcoy is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to ensure safe and efficient distribution of food products in a cold production environment. You will load/unload trucks, inspect goods for damage, organize storage, and maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards.

The role requires forklift experience and familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations, with attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication with supervisors and teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience loading/unloading trucks.
• 1+ years’ inventory control experience.
• Forklift experience/Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from the trucks.
• Review products for damage before shipments.
• Sort and store materials according to standards.
• Label products and store them in an organized manner.
• Operate a forklift or hydraulic jack lift to move boxes.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
