Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a warehouse associate in Lewisberry, PA, responsible for receipt, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping of customer orders. The role operates 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with potential overtime.

Responsibilities include accurate picking, packing for shipment, SOP adherence, safety participation, inventory counts, and use of WMS/TMS/RCS, with ability to work in warm or refrigerated environments. High school diploma and 0–1 year warehousing experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 0–1 year in warehousing or manufacturing (order assembly, shipping/receiving, stocking, inventory, picking/verification) is required.

Responsibilities

• Timely, accurate picking of customer orders with correct item, lot, and quantity.
• Prepare orders for shipment in a customer-friendly manner with proper packing.
• Follow SOPs and standards of care to meet product and customer requirements.
• Participate in Safety Team and EHS programs.
• Perform inventory counts per schedule.
• Pick cold-chain orders in refrigerated environments (36F–46F).
• Utilize logistics systems (TMS, RCS, WMS, etc.).
• Maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Assist teammates to balance workload.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment daily.
• Perform stock replenishments.
• Unload sorter lanes and verify shipment modes.
