Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Stocker for the Deli/Freezer/Cooler area in Hermantown, MN to maintain high standards of product availability and sanitation. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist members, and ensure proper temperature control and safe handling of items.

The role involves following safety policies, maintaining clean displays, and supporting performance metrics while providing great member service. Flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stocking and customer service preferred.
• Able to follow safety and food handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area per company policies; receive, stock, and price merchandise; keep displays clean and organized.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the member, locating merchandise, assisting purchasing decisions, and promoting products and services.
• Follow Cold Chain procedures, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; monitor area cleanliness and report issues to management.
