Job summary

Sam's Club in Canton, MI is seeking a dedicated Freezer/ Cooler/ Deli Stocker to help keep shelves stocked and products safe and ready for members. You’ll be on the front lines of customer service, ensuring high quality, properly displayed items and adherence to temperature controls.

Key responsibilities include stocking and merchandising in the freezer/cooler/deli area, assisting members, handling claims and returns, and following food-handling and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, stock displays, and handle returns.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, guiding purchases, and promoting products.
• Follow Cold Chain procedures and keep freezer/cooler area clean and operating.
• Participate in bonus programs and take advantage of available benefits.
