Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes change over and set up of the machine.
• Performs machinery and area equipment operation.
• Caries out and controls pipe coiling in the spool and spool HPU positioning.
• Identifies and controls key quality aspects of product for final acceptance.
• Applies inhibitor.
• Performs material packaging installation.
• Performs scrap evacuation.
• Performs accessory installations, replacements, material handling.
• Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance.
• Identifies and interprets job instructions and activities from existing information systems.
• Updates information in the tracking systems.

Purpose

Performs coiling of tubing as well as assistance on the coiled tubes process, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

• Executes change over and set up of the machine.
• Performs machinery and area equipment operation.
