Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Coil Machine Setup Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role performs setup, operates, maintains, troubleshoots and makes minor adjustments to Coil Machines and equipment including Fin Press, expander press and hairpin tubing press for production.

The ideal candidate will read OMS, follow job instructions, maintain quality standards, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain quality standards and report material shortages

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience operating machinery
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support

Work Environment
