Cognizant Workday is seeking a Summer 2027 Workday Consulting Intern in Plano, TX. You will contribute to HR and Finance technology solutions on the Workday platform while gaining hands-on data analysis, process optimization, and client engagement experience.

The internship lasts 9 weeks starting in June 2027, with an onsite work model and an hourly rate of $25. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related fields.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business (Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Operations Management), Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems, and eligible for internships within 12 months prior to final graduation date.
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions, with a commitment to delivering client service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

About the role

In this role, you will

Work model

Start Date

The internship will last 9 weeks, starting in June 2027.

Hourly Rate

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
