Job summary

Imperial Companies in Coffeyville, KS is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to supply snacks and beverages to customers on a daily basis. This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes World Class Service and independent work.

You will drive a company vehicle, load products, and use a handheld device for inventory and orders. A valid license and clean driving record are required; benefits include Health, Dental, Life, AFLAC, 401k, Vacation and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Display independent judgment to maximize sales and commissions.
• Provide World Class Customer service and interaction.
• Drive company vehicle and deliver products (snacks, beverages, etc.), lift/load up to 50 pounds.
• Use handheld computer to take inventory and place orders from warehouse to truck.
• Regular on‑time attendance is required.
• Direct contact with packaged food items for public consumption.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Display Independent judgment to maximize the sales to the customers to increase the commissions
• Work independently and have World Class Customer service and interaction
• Drive company vehicle, Deliver product (pop, snack, pastry, sandwich, etc.), Lift and load product (50+ pounds) on & off the vehicle both with and without assistance, Walk, Sit, Bend at waist and knees, overhead reaching, stooping, stairs, driving
• Use handheld computer; take inventory, order product from warehouse to load on truck for delivery
• Regular on time attendance is required
• Direct contact with packaged food items for public consumption

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• A good driving record deemed by insurance carrier & valid license
• Willingness to travel everyday to and from the client/customer site, driving a company vehicle in all weather elements
