Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include directing work, learning quickly, effective communication, and teamwork.
