Starbucks Coffee Company in Sumter, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers. You will coach partners, oversee beverage and food preparation, and ensure operations run smoothly during each shift.

The role requires six months in a customer-facing position and the ability to manage tasks, schedules, and a diverse team while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customize per customer.
• Ability to delegate tasks to others and coordinate team duties.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience for the community.
• Oversee preparation of beverages and food to Starbucks standards and recipe specs.
• Direct daily team tasks, assign roles, and monitor performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Enforce cash handling, safety, security, and store policies during each shift.
• Coach and develop partners to deliver outstanding customer service and speed.
