Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in a California coffeehouse. You will coach team members, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling and store safety.
• 6 months of experience in a role interacting with customers.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams.
