Qualifications

• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food per standard recipes, with customization as needed.
• Coach and delegate tasks to two or more team members; coordinate shift activities.
• Maintain store safety, policies, and cash handling throughout the shift.
