Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, is seeking a Stand Manager to lead daily stand operations, develop the team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will drive service quality, manage labor and costs, and support local marketing initiatives while reporting to the Regional Manager.

The role requires a hands-on leader comfortable with fast-paced environments, early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort in troubleshooting equipment.
• Understanding safety standards and food handling rules.
