Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team in a fast-paced store in Texas. You will coach partners, ensure beverage and food quality, and maintain a welcoming environment for every customer.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and exceptional service as part of our daily craft. You will work with a diverse team, support ongoing training, and contribute to a positive store culture while meeting store standards and labor policies.

Qualifications

• Attend to shifts with regular and punctual attendance
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays
• Meet store policies for quality beverages, food, cash handling, safety and security
• Six months of customer-facing experience and ability to delegate tasks
• Ability to coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes or adjustments

Responsibilities
