Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a dedicated Coffee Department Lead to drive department performance, sales and guest satisfaction. You will lead the coffee team, provide ongoing coaching and training, and ensure the department operates efficiently with available staff and resources.

You will influence guest service quality and work with store leadership to maximize profits while maintaining Coborn’s standards of excellence and customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous coffee shop/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the coffee department to maximize sales and gross profits through effective use of personnel and resources.
• Train, influence, and coach the coffee team to deliver remarkable guest service.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by all team members.

Requirements
