Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary face-to-face representative of La Colombe while engaging with clients.

• Maintain records in SalesLogix and MAS systems related to machine support.
• Execute work orders, manage machine agreements, and address service tickets promptly.
• Conduct bench testing of new equipment upon delivery and ensure readiness before installation.
• Refurbish used coffee equipment to extend lifespan and prepare for reinstallation.
• Oversee removal and replacement of equipment as needed.
• Coordinate parts ordering and logistics with the home office to ensure timely operations.
• Maintain a well-stocked van with inventory for installations.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our brewing equipment in the New York City Metro area. The ideal candidate is a mechanically inclined, safety-conscious individual with a basic understanding of equipment repair principles and the ability to effectively maintain, repair, and re-program various coffee equipment.

Requirements

The salary range for this full-time position is $67,000.00 - $105,600.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
