Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at customer and partner events, game day activations, and local community events. You will engage with consumers, support sampling, capture event content, and share the Community Coffee story in a professional manner.

The role focuses on increasing product awareness, encouraging product trial, and building meaningful connections between consumers and the brand. Travel and event-based scheduling are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for coffee, consumer engagement, and brand promotion.
• Preferred enrollment at a local college or university in a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and event-based schedules.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Community Coffee brand at events and activations.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of activation spaces.
• Engage with attendees to create a welcoming brand experience.
• Communicate product information accurately during sampling.
• Support sales, brand awareness, and consumer engagement at events.
• Capture basic social media content and coordinate with Digital Marketing.
