Job summary

The role may back up the Coffee Shop Manager with ordering, inventory, and reporting, contributing to a smooth, customer-focused operation in Coborn's, Inc.'s coffee shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Experience in customer service or foodservice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with beverage and food orders and prepare items per guest specifications.
• Operate all coffee shop machines and follow beverage recipes.
• Answer guests’ questions and provide product knowledge.
• May back up Coffee Shop Manager tasks such as ordering, inventory, and reporting.
