Job summary

Bristol Farms is seeking a Coffee Clerk in the Coffee Department to provide friendly service and prepare beverages. You will listen to customer needs, fill coffee bean orders, and craft drinks following Bristol Farms' recipes while assisting customers with location, pricing and product information.

Responsibilities include handling phone orders, operating the cash register, and recording transactions accurately.

• Fill coffee bean orders.
• Make coffee and tea drinks following Bristol Farms' instructions and recipes.
• Answer customer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Answer the phone and take orders as necessary.
• Operate a cash register following established policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the accurate recording of customer transactions, including the acceptance of payment by Bristol Farms’ cash register procedures.
• Must become knowledgeable of merchandise sold in the Coffee Department to educate customers on the preparation and use of merchandise.
