Job description

As a Barista at Aquarius Gaming, LLC, you are responsible for providing excellent front counter service by taking food and beverage orders, preparing requested items, and accurately processing payments. You contribute to daily operations by maintaining product knowledge, upholding brand service standards, and working collaboratively to ensure a positive guest experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, take guest orders, and prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
• Deliver legendary Starbucks service by preparing drinks to brand specifications
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to record and reconcile transactions, maintaining an accurate cash bank
• Stock and rotate supplies, including checking in warehouse orders and restocking as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and supply levels throughout the shift
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, company internal controls, policies, procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
