Job summary

Cast & Crew is seeking a Coding & Reporting Specialist to ensure proper setup and maintenance of client coding and reporting. You will update existing coding data, verify alignment with payroll and PSL software, and manage various data tables.

In a small team, you will handle high volumes of requests with attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and precise data entry, validation, and modification. Collaboration happens mainly by email, with occasional remote meetings.

Position Overview

The Coding & Reporting Specialist works collaboratively with various contacts to ensure proper setup and maintenance of client account related coding and reporting. In addition, this role works with the client to update previously entered coding data to ensure data matches within our payroll and PSL software and is responsible for the setup and maintenance of various data tables with our systems.

The Coding & Reporting Specialist role works in a small team on a high volume of requests requiring someone with a keen eye for detail, refined critical thinking skills, and data entry, validation, and modification experience. They will collaborate with most contacts via email but will also be asked to join meetings remotely to interface face-to-face as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Special Work Conditions

• Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
