Optum is hiring a Coding Quality Analyst to join our health care team in a full-time role. The position requires 2+ years of CPT coding experience, AHIMA or AAPC certifications, and medical record auditing expertise. You will review records, document decisions, and discuss findings with internal stakeholders.
Remote work is possible nationwide within the U.S. with standard 8am–5pm CST hours and occasional overtime.

The Coding Quality Analyst position is full time 40hours/week Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
