CIR Instructors do not just teach computer science; they change the trajectory of students who are one great class away from believing they belong in tech.
As a CIR Instructor, you will step into a university classroom as a full, institution‑backed instructor. You’ll bring your industry experience directly to students in their first computer science course, teaching live and in person, delivering CodePath's industry‑aligned curriculum in Python, Java, or C++, with thoughtful integration of AI into how students learn and problem‑solve.
CodePath provides training, onboarding, and ongoing support. Your host university plugs you into faculty mentorship and a collaborative teaching environment. You will build trust on campus, unlock confidence in students, and help shape what CS education looks like at your institution.
This is a full‑immersion role. It starts with training in July 2026 and runs through the Fall semester on campus, ending in December 2026. It's best suited for engineers who are local to their assigned university or able to relocate, and who are ready to make the most meaningful semester of their career.
