Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in code compliance inspection of various systems preferred.
• At least one valid ICC certification is preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license required if driving for ECS.

Responsibilities

• Perform various building inspections including electrical and mechanical.
• Prepare and submit daily reports in accordance with ECS Policy.
• Mentor and train other building inspectors.
