Job summary

Osage Casinos is seeking a friendly Bartender to maintain the bar area under the Beverage Supervisor, taking orders, mixing drinks, and handling payments with accuracy.

You will verify ages, keep the bar stocked and clean, and provide excellent guest service while complying with regulations and company policies. The role requires standing up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working evenings and weekends at casino venues.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain ABLE liquor license.
• Six months customer service experience preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Eligible to work in United States.
• Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference apply to all positions.

Responsibilities

• Review bulletin boards, digital signage and newsletters to stay informed.
• Communicate concerns to supervisor and listen to feedback.
• Verify age for alcohol purchases; check IDs.
• Take beverage orders; mix ingredients and prepare cocktails per recipes.
• Set up, stock, clean and maintain the bar area; manage supplies.
• Collect and process customer payments; maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain professionalism with guests and coworkers.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and gaming regulations.
