Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Cocktail Server to deliver engaging bar service across our Colorado locations, including Aspen, Snowmass, Denver, and Boulder. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of food, wine, and liquor, and a friendly, guest-focused approach.

This regular part-time role reports to the Senior Resturaunt Manager, requires a high school diploma and a year of serving or bartending experience, and offers benefits and opportunities to grow with Aspen One.

Qualifications

• 1 year of serving or bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage products offered.
• Ability to describe menu items to guests when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service within established procedures.
• Describe all bar menu items to guests when necessary.
• Manage the bar bank and ensure secure deposits.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale system knowledgeably and accurately.
• Secure payment from guests and close out the tab properly.
• Keep bar clean and reset during service and at opening/closing times.
• Communicate guest comments and complaints to management.
• Comply with Colorado liquor laws and company policies.
• Assist other departments as needed during periods of high demand.
