Cattlemens in Livermore, CA is seeking a Cocktail Server to deliver fast, friendly beverage service in a busy, team-oriented setting. The role offers $16.90 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow through our family-owned tradition and training programs.

You'll welcome guests, prepare drinks to recipe standards, suggest refills, and maintain a clean service area while collaborating with bartenders and other servers to uphold four-star hospitality.

Qualifications

• Friendly, attentive, and professional service attitude.
• Previous cocktail or restaurant serving experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
• Knowledge of basic beverage service and garnishing standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous beverage service to all guests.
• Ensure initial drink delivery within five minutes - garnished and prepared exactly to recipe standards.
• Offer and deliver refills proactively, ensuring guests never have to ask twice.
• Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests with care and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management to uphold Cattlemens’ standards of four-star hospitality.
