Job summary

GBMC HealthCare seeks a seasoned Audiology leader to direct the Cochlear Implant Center, oversee CI mapping, ESRT/NRT measures, and CI program development. You will manage staff, budgets, and research efforts while expanding outreach and education.

You will require a Doctoral Degree in Audiology, state licensure, and 8+ years in cochlear implantation with strong leadership, marketing and philanthropic collaboration experience.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Audiology and licensure as an Audiologist.
• 8+ years of Audiology experience focused on cochlear implantation.
• Strong leadership skills with budget, program development and marketing experience.
• Expertise in CI mapping, ESRT and NRT measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cochlear Implant Center operations, protocol development and CI mapping.
• Manage staff, budget, fundraising, research coordination and IRB submissions.
• Lead outreach, marketing and remote care development for CI services.
• Coordinate audiometric data with clinical decisions and education referrals.
