Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Cochlear Implant Audiologist is sought to join the Department of Otolaryngology. Department includes six Otologists and twenty-five audiologists; CI services at main campus in downtown Charleston and satellite sites.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in audiology (AuD and/or PhD) required.
• Clinical and academic experience with cochlear implants.
• Appropriate certification and licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic audiology services for cochlear implant patients, including candidacy determinations.
• Perform intra-operative testing and post-operative programming for cochlear implants.
• Manage hearing aid patients and assist in resident education and AuD student supervision.
