Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking merchandisers to stock beverages in retail accounts, ensure displays are filled, monitor date codes, and rotate products for freshness.

You will build and adjust displays, manage backroom inventory with FIFO, report damaged product, and coordinate with store managers to keep shelves stocked.

Schedule requires weekends, 5 am start, with some weekdays off, and you will work across multiple store locations with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in grocery/retail/warehouse is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards.
• Manage backroom by organizing products and reporting inventory levels.
• Evaluate and process damaged product and rotate stock using FIFO.
