Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager to lead Cobrand Card modernization efforts within Card Services. You will drive discovery, define requirements, and guide MVP-based releases to improve scalability, resilience, and customer experience.

You will collaborate with design, data, technology, and business teams to deliver high-quality platforms, ensuring security and compliance while shaping the product roadmap in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent engineering field; MBA/MS a plus.
• 9+ years in product management, preferably in Banking/Fintech.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with API design and modern software stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and define the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and support to deliver high-quality products.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine requirements.
• Drive cobrand card platform development from ideation to launch.
• Define KPIs and measure product success; iterate for continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security across the platform.
