Job summary

Sintel Inc. is seeking a dependable Cobot Operator to join our manufacturing team. You’ll operate collaborative robots and production equipment, load parts, start cycles, and perform basic assembly and quality checks. No robotics or programming experience is required and training will be provided.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in assembly or general labor, good safety practices, and the ability to follow instructions. Shifts include first and second options with competitive pay.

Cobot Operator / Robotic Assembly Operator

We're looking for reliable, hands‑on people to operate collaborative robots, or "cobots", in our new shop. Cobots are easy‑to‑use tools that work alongside people to complete assembly and production tasks. No robotics, coding, or programming experience is required. We’ll provide the training.

This is a great fit for someone with experience in assembly, construction, general labor, manufacturing, or other hands‑on work. People who are comfortable with gaming controllers, screens, or learning new technology may also pick up the work quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Operate cobots and related production equipment

Schedule

First shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Second shift: Four 10-hour days per week, with a 20% shift premium.

Pay: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
