Fiber Network Services, Inc. is seeking a Broadband Coax Splicer for the Ocala, FL team. You will splice and balance coax paths, troubleshoot signals, and optimize network nodes while reporting daily activity. A valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors are required.

3+ years’ experience preferred; DOT physical may be required. Company benefits include 401k, health insurance, holidays, sick leave, and vacation in a casual work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background and drug test.
• Ability to operate TDR and safe use of aerial lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Splice, balance, activate and troubleshoot coax signal paths.
• Optimize nodes and manage daily reporting via digital tools.
• Work outdoors across varied weather with safety protocols.
