Aaon Coil Products Inc. is looking for a Coatings Lead to manage a team on the B-Shift (Mon-Thurs 4:00pm - 2:30am) in Redmond, OR. The role involves ensuring production processes run smoothly while meeting quality standards and safety measures.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of a team.
• Motivate and mentor team members.
• Monitor and enforce quality control processes.
• Conduct safety training and audits.
• Generate regular reports on performance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of production processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
