Bonney Forge Corporation in Mount Union, PA is seeking a detail-oriented worker to clean and apply protective coating to manufactured products. The role involves loading baskets, operating washlines, and ensuring correct tank routing.

Responsibilities include reading tags, transferring parts, weighing and counting, operating lab equipment, and using cranes, hoists, and a forklift with safety PPE. The position requires teamwork and the ability to follow instructions in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to get along with co-workers.
Present information in one-on-one or small group settings to employees and supervisors.
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
Apply common sense and follow detailed oral/written instructions.
Ability to solve on-the-job problems.
Operate lab equipment to check phosphate levels.
Operate cranes and hoists.
Operate a forklift and maintain forklift license (renewal every 3 years).
Run a floor scrubber.
Perform basic housekeeping plant-wide.
Wear PPE and follow safety/work rules.

Responsabilités

Load and push baskets of parts through the washline.
Receive and load parts from machinery onto the washline; move from skids to hydraulic lift.
Read tags and route bins to the correct tanks.
Advance parts through tanks on the washline.
Tag parts and move to packing department.
Lift packed products to skids for shipment.
Count and weigh parts with external threads; stack carefully in boxes.
Count drops and adjust bath material to meet specs.
Clean and recharge tanks as needed.
Operate lab equipment to check phosphate levels and ensure quality.
