Job summary

Romac is seeking a skilled Coating Tech I for on-site production in Sultan, WA. You will perform spray or dip painting using liquid or powder finishes, ensuring quality and on-time output. Prepare surfaces, mix paints, and inspect finished work with attention to detail.

The role requires dexterity and the ability to follow instructions, with a focus on teamwork, accuracy, and safety. Wage range is $22.25–$28.61 per hour, with competitive benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read measurements with a tape measure.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform computer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform production spray or dip operations involving liquid or powder painting of manufactured products requiring standard finishes.
• Meet defined production expectations and stay on schedule.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, established quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Load and unload carts.
• Understand and decipher part numbers and run dispatch lists.
• Maintain awareness of the physical demands and schedule expectations.
