Engineered Floors LLC is seeking a Coating Console Operator to take full control of the coater system. You will start/stop motors, adjust speeds, and monitor latex application to ensure quality products. The role requires coordinating with the coater team, cleaning the equipment, and reporting issues to supervision.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and write and do basic addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Computer knowledge or data entry skills are a necessary part of the job.

Responsabilidades

• Control the oven: start/stop all motors, fans, exhaust, tenter, pre-tenter, and other equipment for the coater.
• Adjust speeds and synchronize applicator, pre-tenter, and tenter for proper tensions and speeds.
• Observe latex levels and maintain proper application quality.
• Make adjustments to rolls and doctor bars to ensure proper latex application and style changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area; report equipment issues to supervision.
• Co-direct and instruct coater personnel on necessary changes for correct operation.
