Oerlikon Group is seeking a Machine Operator for our Lake Orion facility. This role involves setting up and monitoring the Coating Machines, preparing products for coating, and making critical processing decisions. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to lift 30lbs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of previous experience in HVAC, carpentry, automotive/industrial equipment repair, or construction preferred.
• Knowledge of coating techniques, blasting, or plating strongly desired.
• Must be able to lift 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor coating machines.
• Perform daily changeover maintenance of pre/post treatment equipment.
• Optimize the use of production equipment.
