Chromalloy Corporation in Georgia is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to perform thermal coating processes for gas turbine components. You will work on pack aluminide coatings, surface prep, inspection, and documentation, while maintaining safety and high quality standards.
The role requires reading instructions, working with blueprints, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. The shift is overnight with a rotating 12-hour schedule and a $3.00/hr shift differential.

We’re looking for a Chemical Process Operator to perform thermal coating processes used to apply pack aluminide coatings to gas turbine engine components. Working as part of a team, this role supports the manufacture and repair of aerospace components through coating application, surface preparation, inspection, and documentation while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Shift: Overnight, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Rotating 12-hour schedule with a pattern of three nights on, three nights off, one night on, and one night off
Shift Differential:$3.00/hr
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
