Amneal in New York, NY is seeking an entry-level Coating Operator to safely run tablet coating equipment in accordance with SOPs and cGMP. The role emphasizes precision, regulatory compliance, and support of production goals on the 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am, Mon–Fri).
Responsibilities include operating coating pans, monitoring gauges, maintaining cleanliness, and verifying materials and weights per batch records. An OSHA-compliant respirator fit test is required.
The entry level Coating Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of tablet coating equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role ensures that all coating processes are executed with precision and compliance, contributing to the consistent quality of pharmaceutical products. The Coating Operator plays a key role in maintaining regulatory standards, minimizing product defects, and supporting production goals through adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocols.
Additional Requirement:This position requires successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.
The hourly base salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of base salary that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting.
