Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Minimum one year plant/manufacturing experience in a relevant environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient setup and production of quality material on the coating line
• Coordinate job changeovers and monitor the master control panel
• Record production data and test results accurately
• Provide guidance to personnel on the line
• Prepare and file required production reports and quality data entries
• Lead production runs to meet targets based on job specs
• Maintain a safe working environment and housekeeping
