Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to manage and organize coating inventory.
• Knowledge of OSHA and forklift safety protocols.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the previous shift to understand current production needs.
• Provide coating operation tools as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of coating batches and materials.
• Adhere to quality procedures when handling materials.
• Transport finished rolls and completed rolls to storage and areas.
• Maintain accurate records of coating inventory and locations.
• Organize stock using forklifts, pallets, and cranes.
• Ensure safe disposal of empty containers per guidelines.
• Perform daily tasks with the parts washer; ensure parts are cleaned and ready.
• Prepare adequate dilution quantities and maintain dilution shed.
• Maintain clean breezeway and manage recyclable materials.
