Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Significant experience in can manufacturing, coil coating, lithography, or coating operations may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Support coil coating, lithography, ovens, oxidizers, and heat recovery systems.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment and identify root causes.
- Lead equipment installations, audits, overhauls, and qualification activities.
- Collaborate with plant teams and OEM suppliers to develop new products and manufacturing solutions.
- Train operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel on equipment setup, operation, and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards including LOTO, machine guarding, confined space, and safe work practices.
